About Me |Sue Ford| Meet My Team | Family run Business

About me

I'm Sue - wife to Dave and Mum to Amy & Archie.

After several years working at a florist in Salisbury I decided to open up my own business in October 2022.

I'm a keen photographer and enjoy capturing people, dogs, horses and cows.

I love a day out at the races and if you hadn't already guessed.....my favourite colour is pink!

Why choose me?

Every flower arrangement I create, no matter it's size, is individually and thoughtfully designed to suit your style, occasion and budget.

No two arrangements are ever quite the same, making each one truly unique.

I source my flowers from a trusted local wholesaler, who freshly imports beautiful blooms from Holland, ensuring I have access to a wonderful variety of fresh high quality flowers.

For me it's all about creating something beautiful, personal and made especially for you.

My Team

Dave

'Maintenance'

Dave runs his own flat roofing business, but when he's not up on a roof he can usually be found 'doing Dave things' at the Flower Shed.

He had the brilliant idea to build a shed inside the unit and what a great job he did! Everyone who visits loves it.

As well as lending a hand with flower deliveries, Dave keeps us all entertained with his great sense of humour and natural charm.

Amy

'Hostess'

In November 2022 Amy landed her dream job as Cabin Crew with Virgin Atlantic.

She also works part-time at Parkwood Health & Fitness, so she's always on the go!

Now living her best life travelling the world, Amy is making the most of every opportunity her role brings.

Despite her busy schedule and frequent adventures she remains an important member of the Flower Shed team and helps out whenever she can

Archie

'Delivery Driver'

Archie works alongside Dave but he also does most of the Flower Shed deliveries, fitting them around his roofing work and his weekly trip to the barbers!

Friendly, kind and always polite, Archie is a valued member of the team.

His good looks and charming personality make him very popular with our customers, especially the ladies!

Boots & Buster

'The Boys'

My Flower Shed team wouldn't be complete without the boys - Boots & Buster!

Boots, our beloved Old English Sheepdog brought so much joy to our lives and became a familiar, much-loved face to so many of my customers. He sadly passed away recently, having lived to the grand old age of 16.

He filled those years with love, loyalty and countless happy memories and will always be a treasured and unforgettable part of our lives. We love and miss him every single day.

And then there's Buster, our Westie, he's a little sweetheart. Incredibly sociable, loves plenty of attention and welcomes customers with a wagging tail. He never says no to a tummy tickle and is happiest when making new friends!

Boots may no longer be here to greet my customers, but he will always be a very special part of my Flower Shed team.
